About the Role
As a Staff UX/UI Designer you will lead designing, prototyping, and evaluating the overall usability and adoptability of Northbeam’s products. Our mission is to create robust yet elegant solutions that compete with the world’s best user-centered platforms.
Northbeam is looking for an individual with excellent UX and UI skills with deep experience designing B2B products. You will have the opportunity to interface directly with clients to understand their needs. Alongside a cross-functional team you will be responsible for the conceptualization, design, development, delivery, and iterations of each project.

Your Impact
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and translate them into requirements and designs – in partnership with a cross-functional team of product managers and engineers.
- Develop a strong UX/UI vision for the Northbeam platform, advocating for excellent design and understanding its impact on development.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs to communicate how the Northbeam product should work.
- Iteratively deliver and enhance products that empower Northbeam’s customers to excel in their jobs, helping marketers extract actionable insights from Northbeam’s rich data.
What You Bring
- 7+ years of relevant product design experience.
- A professional portfolio demonstrating strategic, conceptual, and visual excellence in handling complex, data-heavy interfaces.
- Expert-level knowledge of industry design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- You’ve designed enterprise-grade products, balancing business goals with customer needs.
- A clear point of view. You can see beyond incremental features and lead from vision to execution. You can translate large-scale problems into intuitive and clean user experiences.
- You excel at distilling and articulating complex concepts, data models, and workflows into clear, user-friendly designs and presentations.
- You’ve delivered UX and UI prototypes repeatedly—validating assumptions, refining based on feedback, and driving seamless implementation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with marketing, advertising, or eCommerce is a major plus.
Base Salary Range
$145,000 - $225,000 USD
Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
