Trainer - Call Center

What you'll be doing...
As the Trainer in the Client Service Center, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the department's ability to meet performance standards and achieve goals. Every aspect of exceptional customer service stems from how well the training is developed, executed, and maintained. As the CSC Trainer, you will own the end-to-end training for new hires, cross training, refresher modules, and any other fund training that is delivered to CSRs and/or the CSC leadership.
As the CSC Trainer you will:
- Develop and deliver successful training to new associates with diverse adult learning styles
- Assess trainee progress toward subject matter expertise
- Create and maintain department documents and training materials in OneNote
- Generate management reports for each training project to assess effectiveness
- Develop cross training and refresher modules for staff and leadership
- Travel to remote company sites for training sessions of various durations.
- Serve as the department’s liaison providing feedback by conducting monthly call audits
Who you are...
- Communicator. Strong communication & presentation skills; both verbal and written
- Tech Savvy. Intermediate proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel and OneNote
- Organized. Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experienced. Training experience (virtual & in-person)
- Traveler. Available to travel, by air, frequently requiring overnight stay

- Hourly rate range of $28.99 - $39.22 per hour (dependent upon experience & qualifications)
