Northwest Administrators, Inc. administers pension benefits for multiple pension plans and thousands of participants. We support plan participants transitioning from work to retirement and navigating life changes that affect their pension benefits.
What you'll be doing...
In this leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day pension operations, drive team performance, and ensure service excellence for participants and clients. The ideal candidate brings strong people leadership, operational rigor, and a continuous improvement mindset, with accountability for departmental goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will
- Lead and develop managers and staff to deliver high-quality pension services.
- Set performance expectations, manage evaluations, and support succession planning.
- Ensure operational goals, KPIs, and service-level targets are consistently met.
- Improve processes and build cross-functional capacity to manage workload changes.
- Oversee specialized pension operations, systems, and automation tools.
- Partner across departments and with external stakeholders on reporting and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and security standards.
Who you are...
- Leader: Demonstrated ability to effectively teach, coach, and direct others
- Educated: Bachelor’s degree preferred or significant relevant work experience
- Operational Expertise. Experience in defining and analyzing operational workflows
- Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Technically Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experienced: 5-7 years’ experience in operational leadership role

If hired, you can expect...
- Starting salary range of $8,440 - $11,420 per month. Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
