Senior IT Manager/System Architect

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior IT Manager/System Architect with a strong background in implementing and managing ERP Systems (NetSuite), CRM (SFDC), and other critical enterprise application packages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the IT function, driving system architecture, and ensuring seamless integration across all enterprise systems, with a particular emphasis on leveraging cloud technology. This role requires hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems, API and system integration, cloud infrastructure, and expertise in IT infrastructure, business processes.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and ongoing optimization of ERP Systems (NetSuite), CRM (SFDC), and other critical enterprise applications such as HRIS, Financial Planning, Supply Chain Management, and Business Intelligence systems.
  • Manage integrations between ERP, CRM, and other enterprise application packages, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and synchronization across all platforms.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, scripts, and customizations to enhance system functionality.
  • Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions and infrastructure to support ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
  • Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of cloud environments, working with platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Develop and maintain cloud architecture documentation, ensuring alignment with overall IT strategy.
  • Design, develop, and implement API integrations between ERP Systems, CRM (SFDC), and other critical enterprise applications to support business processes and data flow.
  • Manage and troubleshoot system integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity and data exchange between internal and external systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration requirements and develop scalable solutions using RESTful/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient IT systems architecture that supports business growth and evolving requirements, ensuring compatibility across all enterprise applications and cloud technologies.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams, process flows, and data models.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, system optimization, and integration improvements across all enterprise systems.
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support in system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, HR, etc.) to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure security, compliance, and efficiency across all enterprise applications and cloud technologies.
  • Lead IT projects from conception to completion, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution, involving various enterprise applications and cloud deployments.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and partners as needed.
  • Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for ERP Systems (NetSuite), CRM (SFDC), cloud infrastructure, and other integrated enterprise applications.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Stay current with the latest technology trends, updates, and best practices related to ERP, CRM, API, cloud technology, and other enterprise application integration.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in IT management, system architecture, ERP/CRM implementation, API/system integration, and cloud technology.
  • Proven experience with ERP Systems (NetSuite), CRM (SFDC), cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and other enterprise application packages (e.g., HRIS, Financial Planning, Supply Chain Management, or Business Intelligence systems).
  • Strong expertise in API development, integration technologies, and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, Dell Boomi, or Jitterbit).
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., SuiteScript) and Salesforce development (e.g., Apex, Visualforce) is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and data management.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile or similar methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, Salesforce Administrator, PMP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or MuleSoft Certified Developer) are highly desirable.
  • Understanding and ability to follow InfoSec guidelines and principles and IT services

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $160,479 - $181,426. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees.  The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.
