As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Professional Services department is hiring a Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering the industry's most trusted cyber-physical system protection platform—minimizing risk and maximizing resilience. 

In this role, you will lead the seamless execution of customer-facing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to meet project objectives, proactively mitigate risks, and optimize delivery efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating customer training sessions. 

You will also contribute to internal initiatives that align with our company’s strategic goals, helping to enhance processes, improve key metrics, and drive continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:  

  • Project Execution & Delivery: Lead the seamless execution of customer engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. 
    • Manage multiple implementations concurrently 
    • Customer Engagement & Satisfaction: proactively identify needs and ensure a smooth project lifecycle while maintaining a strong relationship with the customer. 
    • Risk Management & Problem-Solving: Identify potential project risks and roadblocks, develop proactive mitigation strategies, and drive resolution in alignment with internal and customer objectives. 
    • Provide consistent status reporting for all stakeholders, to ensure timely awareness of successes, risks, and project status. 
    • Conduct project cadence calls with Customers or Partners whenever necessary. 
    • Motivate and drive project members to meet deadlines, removing obstacles and understanding when escalation is needed to avoid scope creep and impact to the project’s success. 
  • Training Operations Management: Coordinate customer trainings and support customers with any questions or challenges related to training programs. 
  • Continuous Improvement & Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to internal process enhancements, aligning with company objectives to improve efficiency, optimize key metrics, and support business growth. 
  • Operational Reporting & Metrics Tracking: Monitor project KPIs, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve execution, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

  • Proactive & Agile Mindset: You respond quickly to project adjustments, demonstrating flexibility while maintaining control over deliverables and stakeholder expectations. 
  • Strong Communication & Skills: You effectively communicate across different levels, addressing challenges head-on, handling confrontation professionally, and ensuring alignment among stakeholders.. 
  • Tool Proficiency: You have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and project management tools like MS Project or equivalent. 
  • Flexibility: You are open to travel when required, demonstrating adaptability to different cultural and operational environments. 
  • Technical Acumen: You are able to understand technical requirements from customers and effectively communicate those to project team members
  • Certification in Project Management or equivalent (such as PMI-PMP or PRINCE2) is a plus 

Nozomi Networks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay scale for this position is $95,300 to $117,700. This is the range the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account factors including job-related knowledge, skillset, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant business factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits: The company also offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance for eligible employees.  The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in the company’s equity program and/or variable bonus program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

In addition, eligible employees are able to enroll in a 401(k) plan along with the employer matching program. Nozomi Networks also offers eligible employees flexible paid time off, paid holidays and paid parental leave.
