Requirements:
- You have a master's degree in Occupational Therapy and an Illinois state license in good standing.
- You are eager to work with pediatric clients and to design and administer treatment programs to increase clients’ levels of functioning in ADLs, daily routines, and age-appropriate occupations including play and feeding.

- Required to sit, stand, bend and walk regularly; lift and/or move up to 45lbs pounds.
- Visual and auditory ability enough for written and verbal communication.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Your role as an Occupational Therapist:

Design and administer treatment programs to increase clients’ levels of functioning in ADLs, daily routines, and age-appropriate occupations including play and feeding.

Make appropriate cross referrals to other disciplines as needed

Provide activities to assess and address client’s executive functioning skills, attention, and coordination (fine and gross-motor)

Design home programs and instructs clients and families in carrying out such programs.

Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, such as doctors, teachers, and pediatric therapists, to ensure our clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care

Keep detailed records of progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Base salary
$69,500 - $78,000 USD
