NTT Data seeks high-achieving team players who quickly adapt to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Senior Q2 Digital Banking Consultant to work fully onsite with our global client remotely in the U.S. 

Experience Level: Senior (6–10 years)
Location: remote in the U.S. (EST hours)

Role Overview

The Senior Digital Banking Channels Consultant is a hands‑on, senior‑level professional responsible for supporting the implementation, enhancement, and evolution of digital banking channels, with a strong emphasis on the Q2 digital banking platform.

This role operates at the intersection of business and technology, requiring the ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality online and mobile banking solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep Q2 experience, strong digital channels knowledge, and the maturity to operate effectively in an onsite, client‑facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Banking Channel Delivery

  • Support the implementation and ongoing evolution of digital banking channels, including online and mobile banking
  • Configure, customize, and enhance solutions built on the Q2 digital banking platform
  • Contribute to solution design and execution to meet business, functional, and user experience requirements

Business & Technology Collaboration

  • Act as a hybrid functional/technical consultant, working across business and technology teams
  • Translate business requirements into functional or technical solutions within the digital banking platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement across digital channels

Execution & Ownership

  • Deliver assigned workstreams independently with minimal supervision
  • Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and optimization of digital channel capabilities
  • Communicate progress, risks, and recommendations clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience working with digital banking channels
  • Hands‑on experience with the Q2 digital banking platform (mandatory)
  • Strong background in digital channels products (online banking, mobile banking, etc.)
  • Experience supporting the implementation or evolution of digital banking solutions
  • Ability to work effectively across business and technology functions
  • Strong communication skills and proven autonomy in delivery
  • Experience working in consulting or client‑facing environments preferred
