As an Executive Assistant you will have the opportunity of:
- Executive and administrative support to the Executive
- Managing complex calendars
- Organization of internal and external events, travel arrangements for the executive, including Visa & Passport related assistance
- Pre-meeting assistance (elaboration of materials, researches, data collection)
- Obtaining and organizing information for use in conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by the executive
- Deadline keeper, ensuring tasks and projects are completed on time
- Expenses control
- Maintain the current filing and database system, always looking for new ways to improve the current systems
- Support the work experience at the office
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who has:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years experience in similar positions
- English Level: Advanced
- Availability to work in the office 2-3 times per week ( Be onsite to help and manage rituals and important gatherings)
- Ability to work as a team and negotiate with different third parties.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with effective attention to detail.
- Hunger to learn and challenge the status quo

The position is based in Bogotá, Colombia.
Nubank continues to hire for all open roles, all interviewing and onboarding is done virtually. Everyone new to the team and our current staff will be working from home for 7-8 weeks and 1 at the office (Bogotá).
