About the role

We are looking for a Medical Writer to join one of our outstanding, fast-paced Medical Affairs teams at the forefront of research in neurology, including myasthenia gravis and multiple sclerosis. Reporting to a Scientific Director, you will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues, clients and KOLs across a range of project types including congresses, standalones, advisory boards, and digital/on-demand materials.

Here's what you'll do:

You will develop creative content from outline to final draft, demonstrating understanding of the disease area, scientific accuracy, cohesive storytelling, and quality control skills.

You will work closely with Senior and Lead Medical Writers to ensure strategic alignment of materials and adapt these accordingly for different audiences and settings.

You will also engage directly with clients and KOLs on content development and attend on-site scientific meetings including congresses and standalones.

About you:

To succeed you will have:

  • Previous experience working in a Medical Writing role, within a medical communications agency environment.
  • An academic background in the life sciences.
  • Experience writing across a broad range of scientific deliverables (e.g. slide decks, interactive content, booth materials, post-meeting reports) for a variety of medical audiences
  • Experience within neurology is preferred but not essential
