This role is primarily focused on publications delivery and publication planning, supporting high-quality scientific communications across global and regional programmes.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing publication projects, working with clients and scientific teams, and coordinating complex deliverables in a collaborative environment.

What you'll do

You will:

  • Manage publication-focused medical communications projects, including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, congress materials, and publication plans
  • Coordinate timelines, workflows, and partners to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high scientific standard
  • Support publication planning activities and help manage trackers and timelines

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders both internally and externally, across multiple projects
  • Track budgets, forecasts, and project finances with support from senior team members
  • Ensure smooth communication between cross-functional teams and proactively identify and address potential risks or delays

What we're looking for

Required experience and skills:

  • Experience working in medical communications, ideally with exposure to publications
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Experience coordinating multiple deliverables and managing competing priorities
  • Confidence communicating with clients, authors, and internal stakeholders
  • Experience supporting budget tracking and project financial management
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative, and manage timelines effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality scientific communications

How you work

  • You enjoy working collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • You are proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
  • You communicate clearly and professionally with both scientific and non-scientific stakeholders
  • You are comfortable taking ownership of projects and managing multiple deadlines
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy delivering high-quality work

Why join us?

  • Work on a global, high-growth account within an evolving therapy area
  • Gain exposure to a wide variety of publication and scientific communication projects
  • Be part of a supportive, collaborative, and dynamic team
  • Work in an environment that values learning, development, and career growth

If you have a passion for medical communications, we would love to hear from you.

In addition to a competitive compensation and benefits package including private medical insurance and a company pension, we are happy to discuss flexible and dynamic working arrangements. We are also known for our friendly and informal culture, with regular wellbeing initiatives and Town Hall events. We offer excellent opportunities for both professional and personal development.

Don't meet every job requirement? That's okay! Our company is dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace. If you're excited about this role, but your experience doesn't perfectly fit every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right person for this role or others.
