The role:

The Manager, Paid Search and Display will oversee strategy and execution for Nuts.com’s SEM (paid search) and display advertising channels, driving efficient customer acquisition and measurable growth. This role requires a performance marketer who is skilled at leveraging data, managing large budgets, and optimizing campaigns to deliver results.

As a key contributor to the growth marketing team, you will manage end-to-end campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and programmatic display networks, working collaboratively to develop a high-performing acquisition strategy.

What you’ll do:

  • Channel Management: Own and manage paid search (Google Ads, Bing) and display advertising (programmatic and direct) to achieve acquisition and ROI goals.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, including keyword strategy, audience targeting, bidding, and creative development.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze performance data to uncover opportunities, implement optimizations, and improve key metrics such as CAC and ROAS.
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad copy, banners, and landing pages tailored to target audiences and channel best practices.
  • A/B Testing: Design and implement testing strategies for ad creative, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate significant budgets across paid search and display channels, ensuring efficient and effective spend.
  • Performance Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards to track performance, generate insights, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Market Trends: Stay ahead of industry trends, including changes in algorithms, tools, and competitive strategies, to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with analytics, CRM, and eCommerce teams to align paid search and display efforts with broader business goals and customer journeys.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience: 4+ years managing paid search and display campaigns, with a strong track record of driving profitable growth. Experience in a DTC or eCommerce environment is a plus.
  • Expertise in Platforms: Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and programmatic display platforms, including campaign creation, optimization, and reporting.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Testing Experience: Expertise in designing and running A/B and multivariate tests for keywords, creative, and audience targeting.
  • Budget Management: Proven experience managing significant budgets with an emphasis on efficiency and ROI.
  • Creative Eye: Ability to collaborate on the development of compelling ad creative and landing pages that drive conversions.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations effectively.
