About the Role
We're looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team and own the full-funnel pipeline engine for Oasis during a period of rapid growth.
This role sits at the intersection of data, creativity, and revenue. You will design and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and accelerate deals across our target enterprise accounts. Your work will directly influence how fast Oasis grows.
What You’ll Do
- Pipeline Generation: Design and execute multi-channel demand gen programs — paid, organic, email, ABM, and events — that consistently deliver qualified pipeline for the sales team.
- ABM Strategy: Build and run account-based marketing programs targeting Fortune 500 CISOs and security leaders, in close partnership with Sales.
- Campaign Optimization: Own campaign performance end-to-end — from targeting and messaging to conversion tracking and ROI analysis — continuously improving based on data.
- Marketing Automation: Manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, including CRM, MAP, and analytics tools, to scale programs efficiently.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Field Marketing to ensure every program is aligned to pipeline goals and account priorities.
- AI-Driven Workflows: Leverage AI tools to personalize campaigns at scale, automate workflows, and generate sharper insights from performance data.
What we're looking for
- The Experience: 4–7 years in demand generation or growth marketing within cybersecurity or B2B SaaS. Experience marketing to security or identity personas is a significant advantage.
- ABM Expertise: Previous experience running account-based marketing programs targeting enterprise accounts and C-level buyers is a major plus.
- Data Driven: Proven track record of using data to optimize campaigns, report on pipeline contribution, and make smart investment decisions across channels.
- Strategic Execution: You are a "doer" who can also think big. You move seamlessly from campaign strategy to the granular details of a segmented email sequence.
- Pipeline Focused: You measure success in pipeline generated and revenue influenced — not impressions or clicks.
- AI Savvy: You are curious about and comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Jasper, or marketing automation platforms) to optimize your work and drive more impactful campaigns at scale.
- Exceptional Communication: You can hold your own in a room with Sales leaders and executives, representing the marketing function with confidence and clarity.
- Eager to take ownership, prove your impact, and grow with a fast-scaling startup.
