About Oasis Security

At Oasis Security, we're redefining how enterprises manage access in the age of AI. Every organization deploying AI agents is taking on access risks they can't yet see, and the tools they've relied on were never built for this. We built Oasis to change that. Backed by Sequoia, Accel, and Craft Ventures, we're trusted by dozens of Fortune 500 companies including S&P Global, Mars, and Nationwide, and we're only getting started.

Why Oasis, why now

The access management category is being rewritten in real time, and Oasis is leading it. The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.

The Role

We're hiring a Controller to own accounting as we rapidly scale. You'll run the close, reporting, tax, audit, and compliance - and you'll architect the systems that make all of it run efficiently.

This is a builder's seat at a defining moment. AI is reshaping what accounting looks like, and you’ll be the one deciding what that looks like here. You're not maintaining a function - you're building one for the AI era. Your instinct is to automate the work, not staff around it.

You'll report to the VP of Finance and work closely with leadership across the company.

What You'll Do

  • Own the close. Drive a clean, accurate close on an aggressive timeline. Treat every manual step as a candidate for automation.
  • Financial reporting. Internal financials, management packages, and board materials.
  • Manage multi-national operations. Oversee accounting across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions, including intercompany eliminations, consolidated reporting, and cross-border considerations. Partner with local advisors where needed.
  • Engineer the systems. Champion modern accounting infrastructure - Rillet/Campfire, Tabs, Ramp, Abacum, and whatever comes next. Eliminate manual work everywhere it exists.
  • Technical accounting. Be the in-house SME on ASC 606, ASC 718, consolidations, transfer pricing, and other complex areas relevant to a high-growth SaaS business.
  • Tax and compliance. Manage sales tax, state and international registrations, and multi-jurisdiction compliance. Quarterback external advisors on income tax across entities.
  • Run the audit. Own the annual audit relationship end-to-end.
  • Partner across the company. Work closely with GTM, Legal, People, and Operations on revenue recognition, entity structuring, equity administration, T&E, and global expansion.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with SaaS experience
  • Multi-national entity experience – Israeli entity experience is a huge plus
  • CPA with Big 4 audit experience strongly preferred
  • Clear communicator across Finance and non-Finance teams
  • Ability to work in-person 3 days/week in our NYC office

What Sets You Apart

  • Bias for action. You take ownership and move. When something's broken, you fix it. When something's missing, you build it.
  • Systems thinker. You’d rather build infrastructure than add headcount
  • AI-forward. Genuinely excited about modern accounting tools

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
