About the Team:

This is an amazing opportunity to join a fast paced and hyper-growth organization where you can make real and meaningful impact. You will play a critical role within Obsidian, identifying and qualifying accounts within the enterprise vertical.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, competitive and hunter-minded Senior Sales Development Representative to join our Obsidian team as a founding member as we tackle the next challenge within Cyber Security. 

 

The Obsidian platform fills many of these gaps, reducing risk and saving time for our customers. Because of the emerging and rapidly accelerating awareness of security and compliance risks in SaaS environments, we are anticipating rapid growth, which brings with it a high probability of career advancement opportunities as we grow to help more customers address these emerging risks while saving time and resources in the process. 

 

About You:

  • 4-year college Degree
  • A+ Discovery and presentation ability
  • Ability to quickly build rapport
  • Attention to detail in writing and conversation
  • Desire for rapid progression

 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and overachieve on targets through qualifying meetings for our Enterprise Sales team
  • Generate outbound meetings across direct customers and Obsidian Channel Partners 
  • Hunt and schedule meeting within large enterprise prospects 
  • Clearly articulate the Obsidian value proposition
  • Be the primary point of contact throughout the qualification process

 

Requirements:

  • Experienced in cold calling to build pipeline within prospect accounts
  • Self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to build solid relationships across the partner community
  • Hunter mentality with a drive to learn and develop
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Desire to work hard to accomplish exceptional results
      

Pay Transparancy

Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is eligible for equity awards and may be eligible for incentive compensation based on factors such as experience, skills, and location.

Pay Range

$57,000 - $73,000 USD
