Position Summary:

As a Finance Associate, you will be responsible for organizing and distributing monthly financial reports and transaction review processes, shepherding the organization wide budgeting program, conducting routine and ad hoc financial analyses, and maintaining the portfolio of procurement across the enterprise. You will have the opportunity to interact directly with leaders of the enterprise as you work on various strategic, operational, and analytic finance projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support business units through the annual budgeting cycle, preparing reports and deliverables to support budget approval and distribution 
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and execute transaction review processes 
  • Build financial reports and models to support strategic financial decisions 
  • Own the vendor procurement and expense management processes 
  • Support ad hoc financial analyses and financial systems and tooling as needed 

Qualifications: 

  • Professional Experience: 
    • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred 
    • 2+ years of FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, management consulting, or similar function 
    • Experience in reporting & analytics processes and supporting budgeting programs 
    • Advanced excel skills and modeling experience 
    • Strong project management capabilities 
    • Experience handling sensitive or confidential financial data 
    • Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Notion, Monday.com and/or similar platforms is a plus 
  • Personal Attributes:

Compensation: 

Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary in the range from $90,000 - $120,000 (inclusive of a merit-based bonus, dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset), potentially a success-driven incentive payment and an excellent benefits package, including a comprehensive employer paid medical plan and generous employer match for 401k.
