We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support and enhance mission-critical federal health systems that improve access to services for Veterans. This role focuses on building, integrating, and optimizing a modern Microsoft Dynamics 365 and .NET-based platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across enterprise systems.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong background in software engineering and system architecture. 
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) customization and configuration. Proficiency in .NET Framework / .NET Core and enterprise API development (REST/SOAP). 
  • • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and AWS), authentication, and enterprise integrations. 
  • • Familiarity with DevSecOps practices: CI/CD, code reviews, release management, observability. 
  • · Knowledge of system performance, accessibility (Section 508), and security compliance at scale.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage dependencies, and deliver in complex environments.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  •       Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. In alignment with federal contract requirements, certain roles may also require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or a security clearance.

Compensation:

At Wilcore, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.

United States Wage Range: $100,000 – $140,000
