About the Role  

At Ogilvy, we are looking for someone interested in developing their practical skills in the Beauty PR Accounts department of a multinational advertising agency.

What You’ll Do 

• Help the Accounts Team with daily work involving clients and influencers.
• Support in preparing proposals for influencers.
• Create short project descriptions (briefs).
• Help keep track of influencer campaigns.
• Assist with following up on press releases and media news.
• Prepare creative items for sending out.
• Make reports to track performance and results.
• Help with translating documents.

What You’ll Need 

• We need someone who is proactive and very organized.
• You should be focused on clients, responsible, and interested in the world of communication.
• You must be able to work well in a team and pay close attention to detail.
• Good writing skills in English and the ability to look at results to understand them.
• You should be a student of a Bachelor's, Postgraduate, or Master's degree in Advertising, Journalism, Communication, or similar subjects.
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English. Knowing other languages is a bonus.
• Microsoft Office: Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Conditions:

• Duration: 6 months
• Hours: 5 hours daily, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Study allowance: €300 net per month
• Immediate start
• Location: Calle Ríos Rosas, 26, 28003, Madrid
