The Role:
As a Senior Creative Team at Ogilvy you are the driving force behind our most iconic work. This role is purely creative and carries responsibility to help steer our biggest client accounts towards creative excellence and world famous work.
You will help cultivate a culture of creativity and high performance. You will work across discipline and accounts, within talented squads whose efforts culminate in successful, award-winning campaigns. You will lead, from first briefing to production, fully integrated campaigns spanning traditional mediums to social and customer experience, for clients including TCCC, Google, Mondelez and Molson Coors.
Beyond creative output, you help to nurture and expand key client relationships and innovate our business offerings. You will help deliver the best work of our lives — work that makes us famous, feared, and indispensable to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- You will be a highly motivated Creative. Always looking for new ways to evolve the creative product, looking for innovative and new ways to impact culture and grow our client’s business.
- You will be a highly awarded Creative.
- You will have experience of building strong & trusted relationships with key clients.
- Cultivate an unparalleled passion for our clients' brands, becoming a trusted, strategic extension of their team and a dedicated advocate for their success.
- You'll keep creative and craft standards exceptionally high, while always looking for creative ways to push your work forward.
- You'll also be responsible for crafting the stories of these brands internally and externally, from case studies to awards to new business storytelling.
- Where appropriate you will be entrusted to lead specific projects enabling growth and stretch goals to continue your career journey.
- On high profile and high impact projects, you'll take a more hands-on approach. You'll be hungry to do great work. You will pitch. And you will win.
- You'll be an active part of the creative department, driving a culture of creative restlessness, bringing excitement and energy wherever you go.
- You will be an inspiration to the mid and junior weights and the go to for creative leadership.
