About The Opportunity
The Social and Trading bot domain has emerged as one of OKX's most critical and rapidly growing sectors over the past two years. It constitutes a significant share of our platform's daily active traders and trading volume. With this swift growth, escalating user demands, and a promising future for this business, we are committed to allocating more resources to this sector. Our aim is to build top-tier products and ultimately grow this line into a billion-dollar enterprise.
What You’ll Be Doing

Define and implement robust growth strategies in collaboration with Local Markets and Product Marketing teams to drive user acquisition, retention, and heightened engagement.

Conduct user research and data-driven analysis to uncover retail investors’ demands, behavioral patterns, and opportunities to enhance product adoption and trading activity through quantitative and qualitative methods.

Synthesize actionable market intelligence to inform mid- and long-term product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with evolving user demands and competitive dynamics.

Lead product go-to-market operations, aligning engineering, product, and marketing stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in key business metrics.

Partner with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and scale mission-critical growth features from ideation to execution, prioritizing resources to deliver holistic solutions aligned with business objectives.

Own end-to-end campaign execution, including incentive structure design, ROI modeling, multi-channel rollout, and post-campaign analysis to optimize future strategies and maximize ROI.

Maintain expertise in emerging trends in crypto trading tools, bot products, and growth methodologies, proactively integrating innovations into OKX’s product and marketing strategies.

Demonstrate excellence in project management by defining scope, tracking deliverables, and coordinating stakeholders to navigate competing priorities and deliver high-impact outcomes on time and within scope.
What We Look For In You

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience, preferably in Business, Engineering, Financial Technology. Advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

2+ years of product management experience, ideally in crypto, fintech, or consumer tech, with a strong grasp of market trends and user behaviour in automated trading.

Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.

Proficiency in designing scalable, user-centric products and systems with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

Self-driven ownership mentality with a proven ability to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and influence cross-functional teams.
Nice-To-Haves
-
Experience in Crypto/FX/Stocks trading, including quant trading, bot trading, or technical analysis.

Proven success in designing growth strategies and tiered user experience management within fintech, e-commerce trading platforms, or related industries is a plus.

Fluent in Mandarin and English.
