THE ROLE
The Supply Chain Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing and managing the supply chain processes within the Supply Chain Team. This role supports the end-to-end movement of products from production to market. This position involves tasks such as supporting logistics, coordinating with various teams, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to supply chain operations, such as shipment and delivery times, costs, and inventory levels.
- Efficiency Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on supply chain. Build scorecards for various supply chain teams.
- Predictive Modeling: Use predictive modeling to forecast future demand and procurement needs.
- Problem-Solving: Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps.
- Audits: Support compliance and performance audits across the sites across the supply chain.
- Technology Implementation: Support Identify/implement new technologies to drive effective and efficient processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of experience in an applicable role within the beverage/CPG industry.
- Power BI & Tableau Experience Preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Experience Preferred
- EDI Experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contacts (co-packers, 3PL’s).
- Demonstrated ability for strategic thinking with a willingness to perform tactical execution.
- Proven ability to develop strategic plans and manage implementation and execution, along with an ability to analyze data and identify root causes.
- Must have a collaborative style and an ability to persuade, motivate in all directions within the organization – to sell up, to motivate down, and to cross sell to peers is essential to success.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Excel skills is a must (Macro, Access Data Base)
- Experience with NetSuite systems or any other ERP system strongly preferred.
- Located in Eastern or Central Time Zones Preferred

COMPENSATION:
$75,000-$90,000 base salary + bonus
