About the Role
As a Global Digital Partner we support and drive digital transformation by providing the right technology, strategy and training.

We are looking for a video editor and motion graphics operator who is highly proficient in both Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to join our global team. You will be responsible for adapting and localising video content across a variety of clients for multiple medias (TV, Cinema, online/social, DOOH etc). You will provide post production experience and knowledge and technical proficiency in our growing creative & experience production team. You will have a keen eye for detail and by collaborating with our producers you’ll ensure the seamless delivery of projects that meet our clients’ ambition, production values and commercial targets.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Technical proficiency with video editing/motion graphics systems
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Illustrator,
- Excellent understanding of video compression and optimization for web.
- Strong attention to detail
- Perform quality assurance on all video footage and outputs.
- Ability to work well under pressure with a flexible, creative attitude.
- Can work to tight deadlines and extremely well organized.
- A passion for outputting high quality work
- Ability to work at speed and at scale and to identify where efficiencies can be made.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good communication and a passion for collaboration.
- Understanding the demands that come with working with Global brands
- Reflect the agency’s values and culture at all times.
- Share your experience/knowledge to develop the skills of the wider team.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Methodical, proactive self-starter with an eye for detail.
Good to have:
- Multi-market experience.
- Basic understanding and genuine interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, showcasing a curiosity for exploring its applications and potential impact.
