Role: Artworker 
Job Level: Mid (5-7 years' experience) 

Location: Mumbai/Hybrid

Time Zone Required: Insert if applicable 

Type of contract: FTE 

Language: Proficiency in English is required as we are a global business 

A Little Bit About the Role: 

Working onsite with our client, the Artworker will be a key member of the team providing print, online artwork and design services. The Artworker takes personal responsibility for client liaison on allocated jobs, time management and on-brief output. 

Reporting to the Art Director, the Artworker is part of a team of 5 working alongside a team of other artworkersand copywriters creating digital and print content for our client’s sales and marketing teams. 

What is required: 

  • Produce high quality artwork in line with a given brief and industry standards for print and digital formats
  • Work collaboratively in a team to develop and execute innovative ideas
  • A good understanding of typography, space and layout as well as text formatting
  • Good working knowledge of repro and print processes, including colour management
  • Good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including; InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Basic retouching skills 
  • Comfortable working to short deadlines and fast turnaround times. 

What good looks like: 

  • Excellent art-working skills across integrated media and experience in the management of artwork collateral 
  • The ability to take, interpret, and deliver creative artwork and presentation projects 
  • The ability to adhere to brand guidelines 
  • Strong Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) skills 
  • A great team player with a client-centric focus and the ability to build strong and effective working relationships 
  • A keen eye for consistency across multiple jobs. 
  • 2 years of relevant experience in:
    • Digital
    • Print
    • Motion Graphics
    • Artwork
    • Production
