Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Monthly invoice analysis for hosting with cross charges (excel work) 

• Dealing with purchase renewal requests/approvals etc 

• Critical task management across 4 departments – attend standups with these teams and manage the tracker board to ensure we are on top critical items 

• Work with the OMG dev team to create oversight of development progress 

• Manage release comms and scheduling with the QA/Dev/Product teams 

• Dealing with live issues –  a lot of times we have multiple issues – these need proper management and comms planning 

• Help in overall project tracking and standing in when we have key people off across all teams 

 

Education/Qualifications:  

• High-quality general education to Degree level 

• Professional qualification in IT 

• Prince 2 Certified (Practitioner) - advantageous 

• Agile/SCRUM advantageous  

 

Essential Experience/Skills: 

• Strong experience as a general project manager 

• Leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills  

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence 

• Ability to prepare and present documentation to non-IT business people  

• Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives 

• Experience in influencing and gaining buy-in from executive’s sponsors, team members, stakeholders and peers 

• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands 

• Track record of successful project management and delivery 

• Background with IT technical skills/systems experience  

• Strong Microsoft Office skills  

• Time zone GMT time zone
