ROLE: Senior Artworker 

LOCATION: India 

 

A Little bit about the role: 

As a Senior Artworker, you will take briefs from the Client Services and Project Management team. This is a demanding role, requiring an ability to manage a large workload within agreed timescales as well as thinking outside the box from time to time. 

Reporting to: Project Management Lead 

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE 

• Creative execution across Tier 1, 2 and 3 projects as required by incoming projects.  

• Undertake artwork to the client’s brief, ensuring all output is delivered to the exact cutter guide and specs require. Referencing approved designs supplied in toolkits (where applicable) and brand/retailer guidelines, produce accurate print ready artwork that meet the requirements and cutter guide specification. 

• Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy and consistency  

• Effectively manage workload within agreed timescales  

• Develop an effective working relationship with colleagues, becoming a key part of the team 

• Maintain internal processes and look for ways to improve them  

• Take responsibility for continued professional development 

 

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL  

• Good at taking direction and feedback 

• Management experience 

• Experience in management of artwork collateral 

• Extensive knowledge of and experience with POS (cutter guides, print specs etc), Artworking Key Visuals, Large format 

• Ability to work at pace without compromising accuracy and consistency of artwork quality  

• Ability to adhere to master Key Visual files and guidelines  

• A consistent record of taking, interpreting and delivering artwork projects, within very tight timeframes.  

• Excellent time management skills  

• Accurate and consistent completion of timesheets  

• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – principally InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop 

• Willingness to learn and explore AI capabilities within the Print space
