Role: Senior Project Manager

Location: Toronto, Canada (remote)

THE ROLE

You'll be the person who makes social-first creative happen. Behind every piece of content that lands on Dove's social channels, there's planning, scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving, and that's where you come in. Working across always-on content, reactive cultural moments, creator collaborations, and campaign launches, you'll manage the full production lifecycle for social content at a pace that matches the platforms themselves.

We're looking for someone who thrives in quick-turnaround environments, who understands social content production inside and out, and who can coordinate across creative teams, external creators, and client stakeholders without dropping a beat. Success means social work that ships on time, on brief, and on budget, with the studio running efficiently, the team supported, and the client confident in the process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead end-to-end project management for Dove's social-first content and campaigns, from brief intake through to delivery and publish
  • Plan and manage fast-turnaround production workflows for short-form video, static, motion, and interactive social content
  • Coordinate with content creators, influencer partners, and talent to ensure smooth production schedules, clear deliverables, and timely asset delivery
  • Partner with social media managers to align content calendars, publishing schedules, and reactive opportunities with production capacity
  • Manage day-to-day communication with the Dove brand team, keeping stakeholders informed, approvals on track, and feedback loops tight
  • Build and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budgets across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Establish and refine production processes tailored to social speed, including templates, workflows, and toolkits that help the team move quickly without sacrificing quality
  • Oversee quality control for all social deliverables, ensuring assets meet platform specs, brand guidelines, and compliance requirements
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, managing scope, timeline, and budget with clarity and accountability
  • Integrate Gen AI tools into production workflows where they add genuine value, improving efficiency, iteration speed, and content volume without compromising craft
  • Track and report on project performance, production metrics, and budget utilisation, using data to drive continuous improvement
  • Support and coordinate the creative team, removing blockers and fostering a collaborative, organised, and sustainable working environment

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 5+ years of project management or production experience, with a strong focus on social content production for consumer brands
  • Proven experience managing fast-paced, quick-turnaround projects across social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels)
  • A solid understanding of social content formats, production requirements, and platform specifications
  • Experience coordinating with content creators, influencers, and external production partners
  • A track record of partnering effectively with social media managers and brand teams to align creative production with content calendars and campaign timelines
  • Strong budget management skills, including scoping, tracking, and reporting across multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools (such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or similar) and collaborative platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack)
  • Experience with creative review and approval workflows, digital asset management, and compliance processes
  • The ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritise under pressure, and communicate clearly when timelines or scope shift
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach to working with creative teams, keeping people informed, unblocked, and focused
  • Experience in beauty, personal care, or FMCG is a strong plus
  • Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus

Gen AI and Agentic Thinking:

  • Working knowledge of Gen AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) and how they integrate into social content production workflows
  • Agentic mindset: ability to break down complex production challenges, identify the most efficient path, and execute systematically
  • Experience managing projects that incorporate AI-assisted content creation, including quality control and approval processes for AI-generated assets
  • Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, with a focus on responsible use and human oversight
  • Ability to evaluate where AI tools add genuine production value and where human craft and judgement are essential
  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $97,750.00 CAD to $109,250.00 CAD. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
