Role:  QA / PROOF & DELIVERY

Location:  Toronto, ON

About the role: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Quality Assurance, Proof & Delivery Specialist to join our remote advertising agency team. You will be responsible for ensuring all deliverables meet our high-quality standards before client delivery and managing the final stages of project completion. 

What you will be doing: 

  • Review all creative deliverables (designs, copy, video, digital assets) for accuracy, brand compliance, and technical specifications
  • Conduct thorough proofs of materials including checking for spelling, grammar, formatting, color accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Liaise between internal teams and clients to manage delivery timelines and address feedback
  • Maintain detailed records of revisions, approvals, and delivery confirmations
  • Organize and prepare final files in required formats for client delivery
  • Develop and maintain QA checklists to ensure consistency across all projects
  • Identify and document discrepancies and work with teams to resolve issues promptly
  • Communicate with vendors and production partners regarding delivery specifications 

 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • 3+ years of experience in QA, proofing, or similar role (advertising/marketing preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with advertising or marketing agencies
  • Knowledge of video, print and digital specifications
  • Knowledge of Bynder / DAM

At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range according to what's stated below. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.

Salary Range

$76,500 - $85,500 CAD
