Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.

Role:  GenAI Account Manager

Location:  Toronto, Ontario, Canada

About the role:

This is a mid-level account management role in a high-output, fast-paced in-house studio. You'll work across client stakeholders, creative teams, project managers, and compliance partners — keeping multiple content workstreams on track from brief to delivery. The role combines strong client partnership with hands-on briefing, coordination, and a genuine appetite for AI-assisted ways of working. You'll work independently, manage competing priorities, and bring a quality mindset to every touchpoint.

What you will be doing:

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, building trust through proactive communication, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through.
  • Partner with clients to understand business objectives — awareness, conversion, product launches, promotions — and translate them into clear creative direction, bringing strategic thinking to channel selection, deliverable types, and messaging based on goals and performance data.
  • Lead brief intake: join weekly media and client calls, ask the right questions, and ensure all inputs are captured before work begins — objectives, target audience, channel specs, mandatory messaging, claims and disclaimers, retailer requirements, and due dates.
  • Write clear, complete briefs that set creative teams up for success, including success metrics, deliverable definitions (sizes, versions, languages, cutdowns), and scope parameters.
  • Use OLIVER's AI tools to support brief intake and optimise efficiency throughout the creative development process.
  • Lead adoption of GenAI-enabled workflows from the account side — setting client expectations, documenting inputs and outputs, and ensuring brand safety and content provenance requirements are met.
  • Manage scope and prevent unnecessary revision by aligning stakeholders early on deliverables, timelines, and approval processes.
  • Coordinate across creative, motion, design, copy, compliance, and project management teams to keep work moving from brief through to delivery.
  • Track status across multiple concurrent workstreams; identify risks early and propose practical solutions — phased delivery, revised scope, or alternate approaches.
  • Guide the feedback and approval process: consolidate client notes, ensure comments are actionable, and maintain version control across rounds.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and product specifications — correct models, attachments, approved feature claims, required disclaimers — partnering with compliance and legal stakeholders as needed.
  • Build and refine intake and production tools — brief templates, checklists, approval flows — and capture learnings to continuously improve how the studio briefs, produces, and delivers at scale.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Proven account management or client services experience in an agency, in-house studio, or content production environment, supporting high-volume creative delivery.
  • Ability to act as a strategic partner — connecting business goals to creative outputs, not just managing tasks and timelines.
  • Strong briefing skills: able to translate vague or incomplete requests into clear, complete, and actionable creative briefs.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation, with confidence managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and tight deadlines without losing attention to detail.
  • A QA mindset — accurate specs, correct messaging, clean handoffs, and precise versioning.
  • Confidence leading meetings, managing expectations, and navigating client feedback with diplomacy and clarity.
  • Familiarity with digital creative deliverables across paid social, eCommerce/PDP, retail placements, and motion, and with the production workflows that support them.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; familiarity with Workfront or similar project management platforms is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Gen AI tools relevant to account management and content production workflows, with a focus on improving briefing quality and process efficiency.
  • Experience building or contributing to AI-assisted workflows that improve intake, briefing, or approval processes.
  • Agentic approach to problem-solving: able to break down complex briefs or multi-workstream challenges into clear, manageable steps.
  • Ability to critically evaluate AI outputs and apply human judgment — particularly around brand safety, content accuracy, and compliance requirements.
  • Genuine curiosity about how AI tools can improve the speed and quality of creative production at scale.
  • Formal degrees are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience counts. Experience can be gained through work, study, volunteering, or self-directed learning.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
