As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for advising leadership on specific business development strategies, cultivating key client relationships, growing select accounts, and improving the firm’s brand positioning. You will lead outbound client capture and intelligence gathering activities related to key targets and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and engage a wide professional network focused on infrastructure, community and land development in the Kansas City metro area
- Develop and implement business development strategies for both public and private sector clients and project opportunities
- Lead key client relationship management, ensuring high-level engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive proposals and solutions for complex projects.
- Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure alignment of business development activities with overall company strategy and goals.
