Job Description
As a Bentley Coordinator on our Applied Technology team, you will partner with design teams to provide training, consulting, standards implementation and technical support to streamline operations and improve efficiency. You will work alongside our CAD, BIM & GIS experts to determine strategies that will provide reliable and innovative technical solutions. You will be responsible for protecting company information systems by evaluating risks and threats as it relates to our Bentley software platform.
Responsibilities:
- Support:
- Split time between Tier 3 & 4 technical software break/fix incidents.
- Assist with Software installation documentation and deployment.
- Identify repetitive problems and determine a resolution.
- Perform routine software program maintenance.
- Cloud Platform Administration
- KeyLAB/OpenGround/ProjectWise User Management.
- Standards & Procedures:
- Assist with creation of Bentley software standards for teams using a variety of Bentley applications.
- Manage Software configuration and create content for all Bentley software titles.
- Assist with implementing workflows and standards for technical software.
- Training:
- Partner with teams to develop workflows and training content.
- Conduct user group meetings and live training events.
- Create Onboarding material for all Bentley applications.
We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of any of our office locations. Role can be In-Office, Hybrid or Remote.

- You will serve as an expert-level Bentley Coordinator.
- Assist teams with design workflows as it relates to Bentley products.
- Advanced knowledge of program settings and configuration.
- Troubleshooting of hardware, software, and files.
- Installation and license management.
- Well-organized and process driven.
- Strong communication skills and self-motivated.
- Associate degree or some college preferred, ideally within computer aided drafting and design technology, or a related area.
- Minimum six years’ experience in a related position within area of specialty.
