Job Description
As a Creative Assistant, you will assist the organization’s Creative service area in delivering innovative solutions, visually communicating complex ideas, and creating consistency using the firm’s brand. In addition, you will perform routine Creative assignments according to established guidelines which may include services related to graphic design, promotional items, video production, photography, web design, and 3D models. Other responsibilities include exploring different creative methods and strategy, learning the firm’s brand, how to communicate it and support brand guidelines.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assists in the daily functions required to ensure the delivery of a consistent and clear visual identity that brings creativity and imagination to the firm’s work.
 - Communicates and meets deadlines for timely completion of Creative requests.
 - Organizes materials and assists in creating visuals according to the firm’s standards for activities such as winning work, internal communication, and social media.
 - Provides support within the Creative service area by producing and distributing deliverables.
 - Continually explores different creative methods and strategies.
 - Learns about the firm’s brand and how to communicate it and support brand guidelines.

You bring to the team:
- Excellent communication skills
 - Ability to contribute and work well on a team
 - Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, graphic design, visual communication, or related field is preferred, along with 0-2 years of experience in the Creative industry
 - Proficient with Adobe InDesign. Prior experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are helpful
 - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products
 - Exceptional client service skills
 - Skills to create strong visuals with a keen sense of style
 - Ability to develop and foster effective professional relationships internally and externally
 - Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
 - Has solid verbal and written communication skills and proven creative expertise
