We are seeking an exceptionally creative and innovative leader with deep expertise in promotional copywriting and a passion for crafting compelling, consumer- and patient-focused content driven by buyer and consumer insights. The Senior Creative Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping bold, original brand narratives while guiding internal teams as well as external agency partners and freelancers toward exceptional creative execution.

Whether creating captivating video scripts, crafting engaging social media content, or conceptualizing integrated marketing efforts, the Senior Creative Strategy Manager will bring originality, strategic insight, and flawless execution to every project.

This role demands exceptional creativity and a passion for pushing boundaries. You will oversee the entire copy development process—from concept to final delivery—ensuring every piece of content meets the highest standards and aligns with the brand’s identity.

Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with the marketing team, as well as peers in sales and customer experience, to communicate Omada’s brand and product value propositions. The Senior Creative Strategy Manager will support sales efforts, drive content efficiency, and establish creative guidelines that reflect the brand’s voice and objectives.

To excel, the Senior Creative Strategy Manager must confidently present creative concepts and narratives to diverse stakeholders. They must exhibit exceptional creative judgment and produce content with the highest standards, tailored to the specific requirements of each medium. Additionally, they will develop a strong understanding of buyer and consumer challenges, creating innovative, conceptual solutions to address these needs and actively contribute to creative problem-solving.

About you:

  • You have a customer-obsessed entrepreneurial spirit and work well in a rapidly changing environment with an ability to prioritize efforts that will improve the customer experience.
  • Exceptional storyteller with a proven track record of developing award-winning, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Troubleshooter, optimizer, always looking to improve, not shying away from disruptive approaches, and always defining success first.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of industry experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences, both agency and in-house teams developing customer centric creative.
  • 15+ years of experience in narrative / copy creation with a consistent brand voice across print and digital mediums including websites and social media. 
  • Deep experience with campaign development and building strong brands with differentiating creative in the market. 
  • Breadth of a portfolio demonstrating experience in understanding customer insights and applying those insights to develop memorable narratives that distill complex concepts for multiple audiences.
  • Intimate understanding of design, copy, and web best practice guidelines. 
  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
  • Experience managing large volumes of content creation, including production work. 
  • Steady focus on getting the work done, on time with the highest standards and quality controls.
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time.

  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to comfortably collaborate across different teams and external partners.
  • Strong empathy, communication, influencing, and organizational skills across all levels of the organization.

  • Partner closely with the Creative Director to build a world-class brand leveraging the current strong foundation of the Omada brand in the marketplace.
  • Distill abstract business concepts along with buyer and consumer insights into impactful narratives that are memorable to customers. 
  • Responsible for the brand narratives across channels and the standard of content output.
  • Ability to partner with the marketing team and key stakeholders to deliver on business needs across concepting to production leveraging in-house team and agencies/freelancers. 
  • Support sales teams to create custom pitches that address customer’s needs. 
  • Ensure that all of the marketing driven narratives are consistent with the overall brand.
  • Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $156,400 - $195,500*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $149,600 - $187,000*. Other states may vary.

This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
