Job Overview:
Omada is looking for an experienced professional to help execute on Omada’s consulting/broker relationship strategy to increase Omada’s presence, drive growth, and increase revenue through these channels. The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong understanding of the health benefits industry, a focus on growth and relationship development, as well as experience in a benefits consulting role and/or working directly with brokers and consultants. Reporting into our Director of Consultant Relations, this role is integral to building Omada’s brand in the market and helping Omada to achieve the growth targets. |

Below is a summary of compensation ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Ranges: $277,600 - $312,000, Colorado Compensation Ranges: $263,840 - $294,800
Range is indicative of On Target Earnings (OTE) and includes both base pay and commission at 100% achievement of established targets. Base salary is approximately 47% - 55% of total compensation range. The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
