About Omada Health

Omada Health is a digital-first, integrated care provider that helps people build sustainable habits that improve their health—whether that’s losing weight, managing diabetes, reducing stress, or staying on top of hypertension. We combine human care teams, behavior science, and data-driven insights to deliver outcomes that matter.

We’re looking for a Senior Business Process Analyst to drive operational excellence and scalability across Omada’s rapidly evolving business. This role will play a critical part in designing and improving the processes that enable seamless member experiences, efficient go-to-market workflows, and measurable results.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Process Analyst at Omada Health, you’ll identify, analyze, and optimize cross-functional workflows that power our customer operations. You’ll collaborate with leaders across Commercial Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and Sales to streamline how we serve our members and clients while maintaining quality, compliance, and operational agility.

The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives in complexity, is fluent in continuous improvement methodologies, and can balance innovation with structure in a high-growth digital health environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process Design & Optimization

  • Map and evaluate end-to-end workflows across go-to-market (GTM), operational, and technical teams to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or redesign.
  • Lead initiatives that improve member experience, reduce operational friction, and enhance efficiency.

Measurement & Insight

  • Define key process metrics (cycle time, cost-to-serve, error rate, etc.) and build dashboards or scorecards to monitor performance.
  • Partner with other operational and analytical teams to turn process data into actionable insights.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and deliver clear recommendations that drive measurable impact.

Implementation & Change Leadership

  • Partner with operational and GTM teams to pilot, scale, and sustain process improvements.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials that support adoption.
  • Lead cross-functional change management efforts to ensure new processes are embedded and effective.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure that all processes align with Omada’s standards for clinical quality, privacy (HIPAA), and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with internal audit and compliance teams to maintain readiness for client and regulatory reviews.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or program operations—preferably in digital health or health tech.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, Visio) and comfort working with data to assess impact.
  • Experience with go-to-market systems, such as CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred:

  • Background in operations strategy, product operations, or continuous improvement.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
  • Experience in a hybrid clinical-technology setting (e.g., telehealth, remote care, population health).
  • Familiarity with Omada’s care model or similar behavior-change-based programs.

Success Profile

A successful Business Process Manager at Omada Health is:

  • System-Oriented: Thinks end-to-end about how people, data, and tools connect to create outcomes.
  • Data-Driven: Measures what matters and uses insight to influence decision-making.
  • Collaborative: Partners across teams and functions to drive shared ownership and alignment.
  • Change-Ready: Excels in environments that evolve rapidly and require adaptive thinking.
  • Mission-Aligned: Passionate about improving health outcomes through scalable, human-centered care delivery.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus
  • Equity grants
  • Remote first work from home culture
  • Flexible Time Off to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones
  • Generous parental leave
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions)
  • 401k retirement savings plan
  • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA)
  • Mental Health Support Solutions
  • ...and more!
