Job overview:
Omada’s Corporate Strategy, Planning, and Business Development (CSPBD) team exists to partner with and enable Omada’s leadership teams to have a clear strategy and execute with excellence. In this role, you will play a leading role in:
- Corporate Strategy Development: You will partner with the Sir Dir of CSPBD to develop and drive the company’s long range strategy process, including working closely with the executive team to align strategic initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Integrated Planning: You will support the enterprise-level integrated planning process, including assessing competitive landscapes and identifying integration and growth opportunities and risks.
- Performance Monitoring: This role will steward a culture of transparency, effectiveness, and accountability through development and execution of a performance monitoring process. This includes establishment of OKRs to track effectiveness of top company initiatives and lead performance forums like QBRs.
- Business Development: This role will also help identify and execute on deals and novel partnerships that advance our business objectives in the short and long term, as well as manage and evaluate existing partnerships we have today.
Cross Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives across the organization. You will take the lead on key internal strategy and planning meetings and forums.Market Trends and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and develop analyses that help inform where our organization should head in the coming months and years.
About you:

- Are well versed in strategic planning frameworks and have a proven track record of deploying them to drive business growth
- Are knowledgeable about the digital health industry and macro trends that surround us, and have an opinion about what risks and opportunities this presents for Omada
- Like to think about the big picture, but can also marry that with ways to translate vision into feasible plans and action to drive results
- Are capable of developing narratives that bring executive leaders and the company at-large along with where we want to go
- Have strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market research, financial analysis, and strategic planning
- Have a strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify innovative solutions to complex business challenges
- Can work well cross-functionally and in ambiguous territory; can bring others along with you in pursuit of your vision
- Have strong relationship building capabilities executive presence, as many of your interactions will be with Omada’s top leaders and your success will depend on your ability to develop relationships and trust with these leaders
- Have 8+ years experience working in healthcare, in a role that spans strategy and execution work
- Have extremely high learning agility, are capable of learning other areas of the business quickly to build trust with cross-functional leaders, and deliver impact
- Have experience working at a fast-growth digital health or health tech start-up

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $184,000 - $230,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $176,000 - $220,000*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
