
BI Developer - Data Ops and Reporting
About The Role
We’re looking for a talented BI Developer to join our Marketing Intelligence & Reporting team and play a key role in shaping data-driven solutions for major global clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, fast-growing accounts, build market‑leading BI and visualisation products, and help bridge a critical technical capability gap within the team. Key Responsibilities
• Engage, upskill and nurture the BI team to drive and foster a high engagement culture.
• Be responsible for building new market-leading visualisation product and developing insight from the wealth of media data we have access to.
• Be the key voice on the core design of our BI and visualisation product.
• Work with data engineering team to design functional standardised data solutions that can be rolled out across Annalect EMEA’s clients.
• Be responsible for creating and communicating EMEA standards and best practices for data visualisation
• Work with EMEA country-specific teams to identify their current state of data ops and performance reporting and establish action plans towards a standardised and harmonised way of providing reporting services to Omnicom clients in EMEA
• Explore the use of AI within our BI solutions
• Participate in running a community of BI experts across the EMEA region
• Contributing to pitch content and scope for new work and solutions for prospective and current clients.
Skills & Experience
· 5+ years experience working with PowerBI and/or Tableau (PowerBI preferred)
· 5+ years experience of working with the Google Cloud Platform and/or similar cloud platforms ie AWS, Azure
· 5+ years working with SQL to query databases and perform transformation

Our team of Annalectuals is growing rapidly and are based in over 80 countries around the globe, supported by global and regional team hubs in NY, London, Singapore, Gurgaon, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
The EMEA team is responsible for global and regional client relationships led from London, as well as the development of new data-driven marketing capabilities. They form part of our global team and collaborate closely with local market Annalect teams across EMEA as well as regional Omnicom agency partners.
Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
