The opportunity:

We’re seeking a driven and ambitious Senior Account Executive to join our Client Partner team and take the next step in their career with us. This is an exciting opportunity to take on more responsibility and autonomy in supporting client relationships, driving project delivery and championing creative and strategic excellence.

Reporting to the Senior Account Manager or Account Director, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring projects are strategically sound, creatively bold, and flawlessly executed to meet and exceed your clients’ business needs. With proven experience managing projects, you bring a sharp commercial mind, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a relationship-driven client partner, you deeply understand your clients’ business, align with their strategy and deliver impactful work. Beyond managing tasks, you act as a trusted partner, fostering collaboration and creating an environment where talent thrives.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience working in an agency environment, ideally in healthcare communications or a related industry
  • A strong understanding of industry communication channels and a desire to deepen your expertise in them
  • Exceptional communication skills, including experience creating and delivering presentations and written materials
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset, with the ability to identify growth opportunities within client accounts
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork, with the ability to work effectively across departments
  • A passion for creativity and innovation, with a willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Experience and enthusiasm for integrating AI into your work, using technology to boost efficiency, creativity, and deliverables

 

What we’ll need you to do:

 

Client relationships and strategy

  • Support the development and management of client relationships, acting as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day account needs. Build trust and maintain positive relationships with clients at all levels
  • Collaborate with senior teams to help define and deliver on strategic goals for clients, ensuring projects meet objectives and drive results
  • Assist in the development of client briefs, ensuring clarity and alignment between client expectations and agency capabilities
  • Quickly build trust and respect internally and externally, managing challenges with calm, confident professionalism
  • Communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams, fostering clarity and alignment in all interactions
  • Share your voice and opinion on what good looks like

 

Productivity and project management

  • Work closely with the Project Management team to support the delivery of projects across various channels (digital, print, experiential, etc.), ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are managed effectively
  • Ensure all work is delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget, maintaining a seamless flow from concept to execution
  • Collaborate with strategic, creative and production teams to ensure projects align with client expectations and objectives, from ideation to final delivery
  • Take pride in reviewing details, applying a meticulous eye to maintain the highest standards of quality across all deliverables
  • Support the wider Account Management team in overseeing day-to-day project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and challenges are addressed proactively
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions that align with business goals and objectives

 

Financial management

  • Support the Account Manager in managing client budgets, ensuring projects stay within scope and budget. Flag potential budget discrepancies early and assist in resolving them proactively
  • Monitor project profitability and provide updates to the team, ensuring financial health is maintained across accounts
  • Assist in new business development efforts, helping to prepare proposals and contributing to pitch presentations to build a pipeline of opportunities

 

 

Champion creative excellence

  • Approach projects with curiosity and open-mindedness, exploring new ideas and fresh approaches
  • Advocate for bold, innovative, and high-quality creative work, ensuring it meets client objectives and aligns with strategic goals
  • Collaborate with creative teams to push work further, nurturing fresh thinking and innovative solutions
  • Partner with strategy teams to ensure creative output is aligned with insight-driven direction, maximizing the impact of campaigns
  • Help shape and refine client feedback to ensure it is constructive, actionable and aligned with creative excellence, guiding both clients and internal teams toward stronger, more effective work

 

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Collaborate with various teams across the agency, including Project Management, Creative, Strategy, and Production, to ensure the successful deliveries across all we do
  • Create an environment for people to thrive - ensuring your interactions and considerations get the best out of the talent around you
  • Leverage senior team members' expertise to elevate projects, unlock new opportunities and drive impactful outcomes for both the agency and the client
  • Ensure all internal and external communications are clear, effective, and aligned with client expectations, maintaining consistency and quality across all touchpoints
