Main activities:

  • Manage and control the absenteeism Metrics.
  • Follow up the absenteeism reasons with the employees and supervisors and apply the suspensions as need in accordance with the internal rules and Mexican Labor Law.
  • Support on engagement activities.
  • Manage the internal communication channels (Screens on cafeteria and HR Board).
  • Support hiring process of unionized people.
  • Keep the control of the Kardex of the unionized workers.
  • Responsible of ensuring a minimum of 95% of participation from the unionized employees in the Engagement Survey and coordinate the internal actions to improve the result gotten. 

Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  2. Results-oriented.
  3. Sense of Responsibility and committeemen with the activities.
  4. Strong attention to detail.
  5. Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  6. High energy and self-starter.
  7. English knowledge.
  8. Students from the last’s semesters from administration or similar.
