Job Overview
OminiOn Power is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the Financial Planning & Analysis group, to be based in Plano, TX. In this position you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions related to Payroll and Corporate Card transactions among other activities. This position reports to the OmniOn Power, Global Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager.
Responsibilities:
The Finance Analyst under the leadership of the FP&A Manager will manage all activities related to Month-end close, Sales & Orders and Capital Expenses
- Organize monthly updates and reports for the global teams and assist in the collection and consolidation of required information for business leaders
- Creating, updating, and finalizing monthly reports, including Backlog, Orders, Sales, and YoY analysis files for both local and global teams
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process that includes but is not limited to, audit support, account reconsolidation, and manual journal entry preparation.
- Run SAP reports and validate data as it feeds into different systems within the organization.
- Optimizing report runs Oracle and SAP, and develop improved reporting capabilities to support financial analysis and reporting
- Support and participate in compliance, business ethics and controls validations and reviews.
- Investment Spending tracking and Internal Orders expenses. Follow up on investment activities, including capitalization and depreciation expenses
- Ad Hoc projects and reporting to analyze variances, cost analysis, forecasts, budgets, estimates, and maintain dashboards
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, finance or business administration
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience

- Extensive PC & IT system skills: ERP Systems, Excel, Word, Oracle, Power BI, SAP, and IT architecture
