Primary Responsibilities:
• Organize training to SMT new staff, including entrance know-how and periodically re-training
• Stipulating, supervising section training plan to bring up people's working skills
• Coordinate SMT area teams to leverage resources to fulfill customer order and deliver commitment to sales
• Leading team to do root cause analysis and action prevention
• Continuously improvement self driving and drive other supporting function team to achieve saving target
• Catcher on behalf of MFG department to get the new products from NPI team for mass production, working together with support function team
• Responsible for the related EHS management on behalf of the function
• Responsible for SMT area 5S maintenance, improvement
Qualifications Required:
• College or above, majoring in technical or managerial background
• Good interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving ability
• 5 years experience in SMT production managerial position, plus experience on leading multi-shift production
• Willing to work in flexible shift if needed
• Strong production continuously improvement capability
• Good command on MS office software
