Job Overview
Must have: The Finance Planning Analyst - FP&A Operations position will report to Asia Finance manager and is based in Shanghai HTP
Responsibilities
- Support FA management and process improvement;
- Support R&D and other operation team financial activities in HTP
- Support annual audit and tax filing;
- Lead monthly closing reporting of business unit and review Genpact team accounting metrics;
- Lead the profitability analysis & forecast, and continuously visibility improvement, to help commercial leader on business decision;
- Supporting the financial planning and analysis activities for HTP, SG and FTZ warehouse ledger
- Other ad hoc tasks request by business
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration with 5+ related area working experience.
- At least 5+ year experience of accounting job
- SAP system experiences is required
