Job Overview
Must have:
- The position title the role reports into Finance Controller and based in Shanghai HTP
Responsibilities
- Prepare local report based on SFRS.
- ---Sales return and rebate calculation
- ---impairment gain/loss testing for investment
- Update S2G report based on PWC and KPMG's request
- Subsequent event review- FS of Jun, Jul and Aug of next year
- Communicate with PWC STAT team for FS and notes praparing, review the FS and related notes
- S2G and FS updating and review(Based on PwC work and KPMG comments to update, more than 5 versions)
- Meeting and Commnicate with KPMG and PwC for FS revising
- KPMG audit plan communication
- PBC preparation and KPMG's requires follow-up
- Sample collection
- Confirmation prapration
- ARCA filling updating communicate with Boardroom
- Interest &KMP signature-communicate with Boardroom & HR
- Prepare the document for final signature
- Estimate CIT calculation
- Commnicate with PwC tax team for CIT pre-filling
- CIT final filling support
- Ad hoc question reply
- Inventory PI support
- Hoc-Support internal audit require
Eligibility Requirements:
- 3-5 years related experience in accounting and finance area
- familiarity with SAP and Oracle systems
- familiarity with SG laws and regulations
- have good teamwork sense and communication skills
- have project management experience
Basic Qualifications:
- Have excellent capacity of handling multiple assignments, and good knowledge learner.
- Have related experience in project management experience
