  • 为公司业务运营提供全面的法律建议,涵盖商业合同、劳动法、知识产权、合规等领域。
  • 审查、起草并修改各类商业合同、协议及法律文件,确保其合规性与风险控制。
  • 代表公司参与诉讼程序,协助公司内外部法律事务的处理。
  • 协调公司内部各部门之间的法律事务,提供法规遵从支持。
  • 就公司内部的合规问题提供咨询,并协助监督合规政策的实施与执行。
  • 进行法律研究,跟进相关法规的变更,并提出适当的应对措施。
  • 在公司内部推动法律教育,提升员工法律风险意识。

职位要求:

  • 法学学士或硕士学位,并具备中国律师资格。
  • 至少 3 年的公司法务及律师事务所工作经验,具备商业法、合同法、合规管理的实务经验。
  • 熟悉当地法律法规,尤其是与公司业务相关的领域。
  • 具备优秀的法律文件撰写、审查及谈判能力。
  • 良好的沟通能力及跨部门协作能力,能够有效地提供法律解决方案。
  • 能够承担高压工作环境中的多项任务,并具有解决问题的能力。
  • 中英双语流利者优先考虑。

Job Title: Corporate Counsel

Job Description:

We are looking for a Corporate Counsel with strong legal expertise and business acumen to assist the company in complying with laws and regulations across various business operations and provide comprehensive legal support. As a Corporate Counsel, you will be involved in contract review, risk management, litigation coordination, and the development of company policies to ensure legal compliance and business operations’ integrity.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on business operations, covering areas such as commercial contracts, labor law, intellectual property, and compliance.
  • Review, draft, and amend various commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance and risk control.
  • Represent the company in litigation proceedings and assist in handling internal and external legal matters.
  • Coordinate legal matters across different departments within the company and provide regulatory compliance support.
  • Provide consultation on internal compliance issues and assist in supervising the implementation and enforcement of compliance policies.
  • Conduct legal research, keep track of relevant regulatory changes, and suggest appropriate countermeasures.
  • Promote legal education within the company to raise employee awareness of legal risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, with a valid Chinese legal qualification.
  • At least 3 years of in-house legal or law firm experience, with practical experience in commercial law, contract law, and compliance management.
  • Familiarity with local laws and regulations, especially in areas related to business operations.
  • Strong skills in legal drafting, document review, and negotiation.
  • Good communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, able to provide effective legal solutions.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure work environment and possess problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in both Chinese and English is preferred.
