Job Overview（工作描述）  

跟线支持技术员，将负责维持上海厂SMT设备运行，SMT工艺改进、夹具准备，点胶机调试等。

 

Responsibilities (工作职责)

As the job posting title, you will（主要工作职责如下）:

  • 生产线设备和夹具的日常维护，紧急停机处理。
  • 协助工程师解决SMT工艺和质量问题。
  • 生产线设备及夹具5S控制。
  • 根据生产线要求准备，维护和升级SMT程序。
  • 组装线点胶机调试。

 

Basic Qualifications（任职资格）:

  • 高中以上学历。
  • 5年以上SMT工作经验。 
  • 适应轮班工作。

 

Desired Characteristics（相关要求）:

  • 必须具备SMT设备和工艺的技能
  • 熟悉SMT机器操作和工艺参数设置。
  • 熟悉富士NXT机、DEK印刷机、Heller回流焊。
  • 基本的英语阅读能力。
