Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to serve as the primary interface between our organization and large strategic customers. This role will ensure alignment between internal development teams, and customer expectations across new product introductions, prototype builds, and mass production support. The ideal candidate combines strong program management and cross-functional coordination skills with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to power electronics.
This position will report directly to the VP of Sales and will be based in Plano, TX .
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interface & Program Ownership
- Act as the focal point for all program-related matters for the assigned strategic customer.
- Lead regular customer meetings and communications on program status, action items, issues, and risks.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable internal plans and ensure mutual alignment.
- Monitor program progress, risks, and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Drive internal alignment across R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to meet program objectives.
- Facilitate coordination between project managers, internal teams and external partners
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent new product development efforts.
- Ensure smooth handoff from development to production, including prototype builds and early manufacturing ramp-up.
- Lifecycle Program Support
- Support ongoing production products for this customer, providing visibility to internal teams on issues, changes, or escalations.
- Coordinate engineering changes, quality investigations, and customer inquiries on released products.
- Track KPIs such as delivery performance, quality metrics, and response time for this customer’s product portfolio.
- Program Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain program schedules, dashboards, and status summaries for internal and external use.
- Provide timely escalation to internal leadership on risks to delivery, cost, or quality.
- Facilitate internal reviews and program health checks.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field (technical degree preferred).
- 5 years of experience in customer or supplier facing roles with a preference for program/project management, ideally in power electronics or a related technology field.
Desired Characteristics
- Strong partner facing experience with demonstrated ability to manage large, complex customers, suppliers or programs.
- Comfortable working across functional boundaries including engineers and technical teams; able to bridge business and technical conversations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms).
- Solid understanding of product development processes, from concept through production.
- Experience in electronics, power systems, or manufacturing a strong plus.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization
