Job Overview
This role is responsible for leading manufacturing operations to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer specifications. Key responsibilities include managing personnel, optimizing material and budgetary resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position collaborates closely with support functions and may assume the responsibilities of the Manufacturing Manager when required.
This position reports to the Production Manager at Matamoros, Tamaulipas site.
Responsibilities
As Lead Production Supervisor, you will:
- Properly manage the material and human resources in your area to meet customer requirements for quality and quantity, always complying with Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines.
- Fulfill the weekly production schedule according to the required rate for each product.
- Segregate, analyze, recover (if applicable), and report scrap on a daily basis.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required manufacturing records.
- Supervise that the performance of personnel under your responsibility is consistent with work instructions and established processes for the product being manufactured.
- Maintain 5S + 1 (Safety) standards in your area.
- Responsible for the correct allocation of your area’s budget resources.
- Carry out continuous improvement activities, such as participating in quality improvement teams to increase efficiency.
- Responsible for payroll and maintaining accurate attendance records for personnel under your supervision.
- Ensure discipline in your area in accordance with the internal work regulations.
- Maintain zero accidents in your area.
- Work as a team with support areas (Warehouse, Safety, Shipping, Engineering, Human Resources, HSE) to achieve expected results.
- Complete mandatory training for yourself and your team.
- Responsible for assuming the role of Production Manager when required.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree: Administrative or Engineering.
- +8 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish).
