Job Overview:

The Supply Chain Sourcing Intern will support the team with activities, including but not limited to, special projects/assignments required for sourcing operations, request for quotes from Suppliers, support with negotiations’ preparations, collection of information required for vendor onboarding, sourcing portal maintenance, SAP updates and sourcing’s data analysis.

The internship is estimated to begin towards the middle to end of May 2026 through mid-August 2026.

Responsibilities: 

  • Getting fix report and demand forecast for the supplier as requested for annual negotiations.
  • Support and participate in issuing RFQ (Request for Quotations) with Suppliers.
  • Conduct analysis of bids from suppliers in support of supplier selections.
  • Updating pricing in SAP per negotiations’ results.
  • Generate weekly blocked invoices report and send the applicable list to the commodity team’s action.
  • Support 2nd source approval projects by gathering samples and shipping to suppliers as needed.
  • Support Indirect purchasing for IR (Info Records) updates and any drawing request for quotation (RFQ).
  • Support EOL (End of Life) list of components.
  • Help collect C.O.O. (Certificate of Origin) for components.
  • Help with creating SAP Requisitions for samples requests.

Required/Desired Education and Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in the US.
  • GPA 3.0 plus
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the US.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and SAP.
  • Results-oriented – takes great pride in accountability.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix organization and external.
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  • High energy and self-starter”
