Job Overview
As Diagnostic Technician, you will play a key role in enhancing product quality and production efficiency. Collaborating closely with engineering, production, and quality teams, you will drive defect reduction, support audit readiness, and contribute to achieving high test yield and customer satisfaction targets.
This position reports to the Testing Manager, in Matamoros, Tamaulipas site.
Responsibilities
As Diagnostic Technician, you will:

- Provide FMA for Yield Alerts.
- Provide weekly 100% FMA’s.
- Support to provide FMA for NPI products
- Teamwork with Process Engineer and Production Supervisor to reduce the defects and improve the production process.
- Contribute to completing the customer orders at 100%
- Teamwork with other departments to meet Test Yield 99.5%
- Teamwork with Test Engineering to investigate and solve electrical Issues on all our products, seeking improvement the Yield in productions lines
- Support to Quality Control of manufacturing operations: Yield Alert, QAFI, etc

Basic Qualifications
- Engineering bachelor's degree (Electronics).
- 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.
