You:

āœ… U.S. Citizen 
āœ… BS degree (English or Journalism a plus), with 6+ years of experience authoring, revising, and editing technical documentation
āœ… 6+ years of experience working with Federal Government customers
āœ… Expert at Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (you know where every button lives)
āœ… Excellent analytical and business presentation skillsā€”you can clarify, simplify, and impress
āœ… Strong writer and editor with experience crafting:
ā€ƒā€ƒā€¢ RFX responses (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs)
ā€ƒā€ƒā€¢ Task order proposals
ā€ƒā€ƒā€¢ White papers
ā€ƒā€ƒā€¢ Past performance, rĆ©sumĆ©s, and boilerplate
āœ… Able to work closely with SMEs and technical teams to gather input and create content
āœ… Own and maintain the Corporate Style Guide and branding standards
āœ… Skilled in desktop publishing and formattingā€”your docs donā€™t just read well, they look great
āœ… Experience designing and creating reusable proposal templates
āœ… Organize and maintain SharePoint content libraries and repositories

šŸ’” Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
āž• Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) / Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC) frameworks

āž•Experience using AI/LLMs for proposal support, prompt engineering
