Marketing Manager - LATAM

We are looking for a Marketing manager to design, execute, and lead the marketing strategy for ON.energy in the LATAM region, positioning the brand and its UPS solutions portfolio for Artificial Intelligence applications in markets with high demand for mission-critical infrastructure. Generate awareness, credibility, and qualified demand in a market where brand recognition is still emerging, reporting to the VP for LATAM and acting as the direct liaison between the region and the Corporate Marketing team in the U.S., ensuring global brand consistency with local relevance.

 

  • REPORTS TO:  VP LATAM and VP MKT (US-based)
  • LOCATION:  Mexico City, Mexico
  • MODALITY:  In Person (travel availability required)
  • FUNCTIONAL LINK:  Corporate Marketing (U.S.) – brand alignment, global guidelines, approval of regional materials and campaigns

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or specialization in B2B Marketing or Commercial Management desirable.
  • Minimum 3 years in B2B marketing in technology, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors. Demonstrable experience in brand positioning in LATAM markets. Experience working in matrix structures or reporting to U.S.-based leadership is a plus.
  • Native Spanish. Advanced English (C1 or higher) – daily communication with corporate team in the U.S. Portuguese desirable.
  • B2B marketing and complex sales cycles (technical / capital-intensive solutions).
  • Content strategy and brand positioning on LinkedIn and B2B digital channels.
  • Lead generation and nurturing (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
  • Event management, trade shows, and webinars in the LATAM region.
  • Marketing budget management and ROI metrics.
  • Tools: Adobe Suite / Canva Pro, Google Analytics, CRM and marketing automation platforms.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITY

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for LATAM, aligned with the VP's commercial objectives and U.S. corporate guidelines.
  • Build ON.energy's positioning as a reference in UPS solutions for AI infrastructure in the region.
  • Adapt corporate messages and materials to the cultural and regulatory context of each LATAM market.

Demand Generation & Lead Management

  • Design and run digital campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM) targeting decision-makers in datacenter, infrastructure, and IT.
  • Manage ON.energy's presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry events (Data Center Dynamics, Datacenter Forum LATAM, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the sales team on lead generation, qualification, and follow-up through CRM.

Content & Communications

  • Produce and manage technical-commercial content: case studies, whitepapers, product sheets, videos, and webinars on UPS for AI.
  • Manage ON.energy's digital channels in LATAM: LinkedIn, regional website, and sales materials.
  • Coordinate with local agencies in design, public relations, and specialized media.

Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Report weekly to the VP for LATAM on campaign progress, performance metrics (KPIs), and ROI of activities.
  • Act as the formal liaison between LATAM and Corporate Marketing (U.S.): align campaign calendars, request and adapt global assets, submit regional materials for approval, and ensure compliance with corporate brand guidelines.
  • Participate in periodic global marketing team meetings, representing the needs and particularities of the LATAM market.
  • Manage the LATAM marketing budget efficiently and transparently.
  • Identify strategic partnerships with industry associations, integrators, and distribution channels in the region.
