Director of Sales

Summary:
We’re looking for a dynamic Account Executive to help drive growth within OneSix Solutions’ Data & AI practice. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise with platform partners like Snowflake to generate opportunities and position OneSix’s solutions to solve our clients’ most pressing challenges.
As a Director of sales, you’ll take ownership of qualifying, developing, and closing new opportunities with both existing clients and prospective partners. Success in this role requires a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, from prospecting and nurturing leads to closing multi-year engagements focused on data modernization, analytics, AI, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making solutions. Strong expertise and a well-established network within the Snowflake ecosystem are critical to thrive in this position.
Responsibilities:
Proven success of finding, qualifying, and closing new business
Help shape go-to-market strategies, including marketing plans, prospecting initiatives, and service offerings tailored to our ideal customer profile, resulting in multi-year strategic engagements.
Leverage extensive experience with data platform partners to communicate and position OneSix’s capabilities, aligning solutions with client needs.
Collaborate closely with client service teams to achieve account goals, expand relationships, and build opportunities for co-innovation engagements.
Contribute to revenue forecasting and resource planning
Utilize your industry network to identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities, employing a disciplined and structured outreach strategy.
Build relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations to uncover opportunities and deliver value.
Guide prospects through the business development lifecycle, including needs assessment, solution framing, qualification, proposal development, and closing deals.
Develop and execute winning strategies in partnership with solution and competency leaders, creating compelling proposals that demonstrate OneSix’s value in delivering transformative Data & AI solutions.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience closing strategic deals worth $X-XMM+ annually in systems integration, hyperscaler, or digital services environments.
A strong track record of securing complex, multi-year engagements, including Build, Operate, Transfer models and shared outcome contracts.
An extensive network within the platform partner ecosystem and beyond.
Exceptional executive presence, presentation skills, and the ability to engage and influence senior leadership.
Outstanding written communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling and polished proposals.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities to uncover client pain points and deliver effective win strategies.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a structured and efficient approach to prospecting and closing deals.
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Client Partner

As a Client Partner, you will own and manage the relationship with our most valued and long standing customers as well as hunt for new logo’s. This role will focus on maintaining deep relationships, driving revenue growth, and uncovering new opportunities within new and existing accounts. You’ll work closely with delivery and the broader leadership team to ensure strong delivery, identify expansion opportunities, and establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for our top customers and successfully quarterback new opportunities within the account
Develop Account plans with a strategy of expanding our footprint within the accounts
Work new opportunities from open to close, pulling in the appropriate resources as needed
Partner with Snowflake and others on strategic opportunities
Develop a deep understanding of the data needs of CIOs, CDOs, and line-of-business leaders as they deliver value for their companies through data and AI solutions.
Serve as an ambassador of the company in all respects, acting with the utmost professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
Experience / Qualifications
10+ years of consultative sales experience.
Exceptional client- facing skills, reflecting high levels of energy, pro-activity, and service-orientation.
Documented experience architecting and closing large, consultative, complex solution sales for midsize to large corporations; documented quota attainment.
Experience with sales practices, including account-based targeting, value case development, solution selling, and channel management.
Superb interpersonal skills and can establish relationships quickly
Proven experience in business development, relationship building & advanced closure, and in driving sales in a solutions-selling environment at the C-suite level
Clear understanding of the value creation potential of Data, AI, and ML services for the enterprise.
History of success working within individual and team environments; Collaborative within team, leadership, and cross-functional teams to harness and drive new business.
Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills; History of delivering engaging executive-level sales presentations to cross-functional groups.
Experience working in an Alliance ecosystem environment ( Snowflake, AWS, Google, Microsoft, Oracle, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required.
The ability to travel as needed.
